Stadium Volleyball

After a state run and a great team coming back the season begins next week!! In the next day or so I will be posting the summer league schedule for both workouts and summer league matches. This year the matches will be at the new facility 512 Courts home of Lake Tapps VBC. I am excited to announce captains for this coming season!

Tryout Schedule
August 23rd and 24th 10am – 12:30 and 2:00 to 4:30
August 25th 1:30 – 4:30

Make sure to have your emergency card (blue card) and get everything approved from the AD office. You will need a current ASB card and a grade check before you can tryout. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Hey All. We are going to start our off-season strength and conditioning program. Starting Thursday (August 5th) – That’s tomorrow! We will be doing our strength & conditioning workouts from 3:30 to 5:00 pm, daily, Monday through Thursday. Please meet at the gymnasium.

All returning players, students that are thinking about trying out for the Tiger volleyball team, including incoming Freshmen are encouraged to attend! However, these conditioning workouts are completely voluntary.

Hey all.  We’ll restart our skill workouts in the month of July, beginning Thursday July 8th from 3pm to 5pm.  The following week we’ll be going Mondays & Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3pm to 5pm in the Tiger Gymnasium.  All returning players, and anyone interested in trying out this season, including incoming Freshmen, are welcome to show up.  See you there.   -Coach Pat
